Reed Haimson, Passive Realty Group

Reed Haimson is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and real estate specialist at Passive Realty Group, where he serves as Founder and President. He helps investors nationwide navigate tax-advantaged real estate strategies with a focus on long-term wealth preservation and growth. With securities licenses dating back to 2008, Reed holds Series 7, 22, 63, 66, and 82 licenses and is also a licensed real estate professional.

Over the course of his career, Reed has participated in more than $14 billion in real estate transactions, establishing himself as a trusted authority in 1031 and 721 exchanges, as well as Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments. He is a multi-year top producer at Great Point Capital and works with clients in over 35 states, providing access to a broad network of DST providers across the country.

In addition to advising clients, Reed is an active real estate investor, with ownership in 14 projects. This hands-on experience gives him direct insight into the strategies he recommends, allowing him to guide clients with both expertise and practical understanding.

Originally from Colorado, Reed maintains an office there but is now based in Tennessee, where he lives with his wife and their two young children. His business development efforts are primarily focused on the Southern United States.

Outside of his professional work, Reed enjoys golf, travel, and exploring new destinations. A former NCAA Division I-AA football player, he brings discipline, teamwork, and a competitive mindset to his career. Through consistent thought leadership, including monthly newsletters and social media insights, Reed continues to position himself as a leading voice in the real estate investment space.
